Current Openings

Management Training Program

Description: The successful candidate will highly desire to help us structure and become part of a new Management Training Program. They will develop and build a strong foundation over a period of 2.5- 3 years transitioning between all disciplines! All this while simultaneously gaining hands on experience and actively participating in making a difference in our credit union. Come develop your skill set and resume by working closely with a dynamic team of CU professionals while making an impact on this credit union and it's members. HUDFCU expects to have some Senior level retirements in the next handful of years, as do many other credit unions. Come position yourself to possibly fast track the Corporate Ladder. Not too many industries where you can do that!

Region: District of Columbia

Position Requirements: Positive influencer desiring to make an impact on people's lives through a "People Helping People" philosophy/culture. Prefer a recent college graduate with no more than two years of experience. Understands the necessity of developing a strong cross departmental foundation in core disciplines before becoming a successful Manager.

Position Responsibilities: Initial track of 8-10 months will be mutually determined by the education, previous experiences and capacity of the candidate and the needs of HUDFCU. Possibilities include Marketing/Social Media, Operations, Member Service, Compliance, IT, Finance/Accounting.
