The health and safety of HUDFCU members and employees is our top priority. As we continue to monitor the impact of the Coronavirus in our region, please be assured that we are taking preventative measures to mitigate the spread of illness and to ensure seamless access to your accounts.
We have decided to temporarily suspend lobby access at our HUDFCU branch location beginning Monday, March 23rd until further notice. Our branch, admin and member services teams will remain staffed and ready to assist members remotely. Staff will be available to answer phone calls between the hours of 10am and 2pm, Tues.-Thurs.
We strongly recommend leveraging all the available self-service banking and 24/7 account access made available to you via our online and telephone banking services. You can check balances, transfer funds, find ATMs and even make loan payments. If you are not enrolled in online banking or do not have access via an ATM or Debit Card, please contact us during the hours above. You can reach us by phone at 1-800-345-8032 or email at email@example.com. If you would like to mail in a payment or deposit, send it to P.O. Box 23273, Washington, D.C. 20026
While it's impossible to predict the spread of the coronavirus and understand its true impact, please know that we will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our members as the need arises.
