Important Member Notice: Building Access During Furlough
Due to the furlough, access to the HUD Building is restricted. Your name must be on the authorized list in order to enter the building.
For Members
Member access is allowed by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Please send an email to memberservice@hudfcu.org to schedule an appointment. Please provide 2–3 dates and times that you are available to come in, and we will respond with your confirmed appointment date and time.
Hours of Operation
Monday – Thursday from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

- HUD FCU Mobile App: Download our app from your app store for 24/7 account access, and use Remote Deposit to deposit your checks.
- Audio Teller Service: Call our Audio Teller number at 202-863-2800 and press #6 for immediate account information.
